If you haven’t had your fill of recipe books covering Spain - then this new volume should be added to your bookshelf asap. The Food of Spain and Portugal by Elisabeth Luard covers Portugal in addition to Spain. Elisabeth herself lived in Cadiz for 12 years while her young family grew up, and having visited local markets throughout Spain and Portugal, has an intimate understanding of the regions of Spain and Portugal and the particular flavours associated with each. I bit the bullet and bought myself an iTouch, my BlackBerry has an International plan and i therefore i have made the decision to leave my laptop at home. Will the iTouch in combination with my Blackberry be an enabler to me having a connected vacation? I am heading to Spain and Portugal to visit family and catch some Bob Dylan shows. I am having a little anxiety as i always do-but especially because i usually take my laptop when i travel. First, because i always like having web access- at night

Jump to the full entry & travel map Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain and Canary Islands I went to Barca combining this with Andorra and Portugal. Growing up in Quebec I was used to hearing/seeing two languages. I did try to peak some catalan. Anyway the tourist bus here is probably one of the best anywhere. The bus gets crowded by late morning so you may wnt to cobine the bus with the subway. Use the subway to ge to Segruda and then hop on the bus there rather than the Plaza Catalunya
